Mr. FANG Tongshu , is the Co-founder of our Group. Mr. Fang currently serves as an executive Director and Senior Vice President of our Company. Mr. Fang also serves as the senior vice president at Weimob Development since September 2014. Mr. Fang is mainly responsible for overall operation and management of the software business. Prior to joining our Group, from March 2006 to March 2007, Mr. Fang served as a general sales manager at Hotsales Software Technology Co., Ltd.. From April 2007 to March 2013, Mr. Fang served as a general sales and operations manager at Hotsales Network Technology Co., Ltd..

You Fengchun

President of Weimob Group and President of Smart Marketing Group at Weimob Group

Mr. You Fengchun, co-founder of Weimob Group, is the Executive Director of the Company and President of Weimob Group. Since December 2015, Mr. You has served as the President of Weimob Group. With extensive experience in strategic investment and marketing practice management, he is mainly responsible for the overall planning and operation of Weimob Marketing. As a senior internet professional and one of the first marketing specialists of smart marketing practice and innovation in mobile internet, he has taken the lead in proposing an integrated solution of "marketing + tools + operations" in the industry to create a closed loop of digital business marketing, which helps merchants achieve efficient, accurate and valuable communication goals, and helps enterprises transform and upgrade toward digital marketing. With unique insights into enterprises' strategic management experience, marketing strategy and marketing management, he has won the title of 2022 Leading Innovation Figure in Shanghai Advertising Industry awarded by Shanghai Advertising Association. Under his leadership, Weimob Marketing has won the awards from multimedia service providers including Tencent Marketing Solution, Kuaishou and Xiaohongshu. At the same time, the cases of brands served by Weimob Marketing also won well-known awards in the industry such as the Effie Performance Marketing Award, the ROI Awards and the TopDigital Marketing Award.

Fei Leiming

Executive Director

Mr. Fei Leiming, aged 43, is the Chief Human Resources Officer of our Company. Mr. Fei has also served as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Weimob Inc. since January 2017. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the planning and operation of human resources, with over 10 years of experience in human resources and administration. Prior to joining our Group, he worked at Zhongqi Power Technology Co., Ltd. from July 2003 to February 2006, and then served as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Alibaba (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. from March 2006 to May 2012, where he was primarily responsible for human resources management. From May 2012 to September 2013, Mr. Fei was the Human Resources Director at Shanghai HongMei E-commerce Co., Ltd., overseeing the overall human resources management. From April 2014 to April 2015, he worked at Suzhou Haowu Information Technology Company Limited, handling human resources and administrative matters. From May 2015 to January 2017, he was employed at Bailian Omni-channel E-commerce Co., Ltd., responsible for the overall planning and human resources management of the Internet business sector.

LI Xufu

Independent non-executive Director

Dr. LI Xufu, is an independent non-executive Director of our Company. Dr. Li was formerly known as Li Xufu. Dr. Li has 24 years of experience in the securities and investment industry. After Dr. Li obtained his master’s degree, he started his career as a senior manager of the investment banking department at Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd., until 1996 when he later joined China Southern Securities Co., Ltd. as a general manager of the investment banking department (Shanghai). In 2004, Dr. Li served as the general manager of corporate finance department at Changjiang BNP Paribas Peregrine Securities Co., Ltd., and later in 2006, Dr. Li served as a director at BNP Paribas Capital (Asia Pacific) Limited. From December 2007 to August 2009, Dr. Li was a partner of Bull Consultants Limited. From September 2009 to June 2018, Dr. Li was the executive partner and managing partner in Bull Capital Partners (Hong Kong) Limited. From January 2009 to May 2014, he served as a non-executive director at JD.com, Inc., a company listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange (stock code: JD). From March 2008 to March 2014, he also served as an independent director at Gemdale Holdings Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600383). Dr. Li currently serves as a managing partner of Ningbo Xinli Equity Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership).

TANG Wei

Independent non-executive Director

Mr. TANG Wei, is an independent non-executive Director of our Company. Mr. Tang has over 10 years of experience in accounting, financial management and investment banking. Most notably, from September 2006 to September 2008 and then January 2010 to October 2014, Mr. Tang served as an associate and an executive director of the investment banking department at Goldman Sachs Gao Hua Securities Co., Ltd.. From October 2008 to January 2010, Mr. Tang served as a deputy general manager in the investment banking department in China International Capital Corporation Limited. From June 2015 to December 2015, he served as an investment director at CNIC Co., Ltd.. From January 2016 to September 2018, Mr. Tang served as the chief financial officer of NavInfo Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002405). Since October 2018, Mr. Tang has been serving as the chief financial officer and secretary to the board of directors of AsiaInfo Company Limited.

Xu Xiaoou

Independent non-executive Director

Ms. Xu, 50 years old, received her master's in journalism from Fudan University in June 2011 and MBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in October 2015.On June 10, 2021, She was appointed as a director of Linmon Media Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Linmon"), a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) under the stock code 9857. Subsequently, on September 24, 2021, she was transferred to the position of executive director and vice president at Linmon. In this capacity, she assumes responsibility for IP R&D, script writing and production. Since September 2014, she has been working for Shanghai Linmon Picture Media Co., Ltd., first as a director, and then as an executive vice president since October 2014. Ms. Xu has about 16 years of experience in TV drama production. She worked at Shanghai Media Group (SMG), where she held multiple positions, from 2006 to 2014. She served as the Director of the Planning Department at SMG Film and TV Drama Center and later as the Deputy General Manager of SMG Pictures, responsible for script planning and production. In December 2011, Ms. Xu was rated as a Level-II screenwriter by Shanghai Art Series Senior Professional and Technical Post Qualification Examination Committee. Ms. Xu has won many awards for her achievements in the media industry, including "Top 10 TV Producers" by China Radio and Television Association (CRTA) in August 2012, "Producer of the Year" by China Television Drama Production Industry Association in December 2019, "Innovation Pioneer of the Year" by New Weekly in November 2020, and "Leading Talent in Radio, Television and Online Audiovisual Industry of China" by National Radio and Television Administration in June 2021.
